How to install Windows 7 on MacBook Air without a external CD/DVD drive

What you will need:
A mac with a Optical drive
A Genuine Windows 7 (Vista) disc
Some medium to transfer data between the two Macs

First you need a Mac with a CD/DVD drive, with a Boot Camp partition. When you create a Boot Camp partition it's important the it has the same size on both computers. Then just install Windows as us usual, on your Boot Camp partition. When you have installed Windows don't do anything more, just shut it down. If you install any extra drivers the installation maybe won't work on your MacBook Air.

When stating your Mac aging, boot Mac OS X. Now you will need to download and run Winclone (see further down for a link), and make a image of your Windows partition. When you have made a image you transfer the image to your MacBook Air, that also should have Winclone installed. Open the image on your MacBook Air and choose restore, and select your Boot Camp partition as destination.

Winclone can be found here: http://www.twocanoes.com/winclone/

Explorer?

Found this image on a site today, wonder who was first to use Explorer as a product name. Microsoft or V&S?

To avoid miss understandings you maybe should use another browser than Internet Explorer? Or people may mistake you for being a alcoholic.
